I love the web and all the things that I discover to expand my knowledge and understanding of the human race! We have many stories of the winners throughout the centuries, now we get to hear the other side of the stories! Not very nice.
Here’s a video I came across this morning on you tube! The English version is available on you tube but it kept getting stuck so I decided to post here the French translation. Her story is inspirational. Alice Sommer born in 1903, today she’s 110 yes as I write this lives in London in a small apartment on her own, and practices the piano 3 hours per day. She lived through the holocaust when her whole family were send to the concentration camps and she managed to survive by a miracle because she played the piano so well. With her music she gave moral support to both capturer and captured in the camps. She was lucky to have her title son with her who survived the war too. Alice has gone through a lot of experiences in her life including cancer. As you see here its Tony Robbins who’s interviewing her. The worst enemy of mankind she says is ‘boredom’ Her wise words are: Everyday is a present! Lister to her play the piano and be inspired. Read a book about her life ‘A century of Wisdom.’ She was born happy, an optimist, hates no one and holds no grudges against the nazis. Love and laughter is her secret to a long healthy life!
